Community Awards:



Soroptimist International of Sedona is pleased to invite non-profit organizations to apply for funds under our annual Community Awards program. It is with great pleasure that we can donate the funds we raise through candy sales and other projects back into our community to meet the goals of our organization.

  1. Your organization must have a Non-Profit status with the IRS. Attach a copy of your IRS letter. (If you are an arm of another organization and share their tax-exempt status, please include a copy of their letter).


  1. Please attach your current financial information; this can be a copy of your end of year (fiscal year) or a copy of your tax return. It MUST include a 12 month summary of data regarding income, expenses, balances, assets, or other information that identifies the over all financial condition of your organization.


  1. If your organization has a Mission Statement, please attach a copy.


  1. We prefer that our funds remain in the Sedona -Verde Valley. Please explain how and where your organization’s funds are spent. If you receive funds from the Soroptimist and have earmarked them for a special project, please describe. (Attach a separate cover sheet or letter.)
